Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right immediately โ no return required. Simply contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@nimbushaven.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will either send you a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3โ5 business days. You do not need to return the product.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your shipping confirmation email, contact us and we will investigate immediately. If the order is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Change of Mind Returns
Because our products are shipped internationally directly from our fulfilment partner, we are unable to accept physical returns for change-of-mind purchases. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us and we will do our best to find a fair solution.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@nimbushaven.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo if the item is damaged or incorrect
We aim to respond to all queries within 24โ48 hours.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 3โ5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3โ7 business days to appear in your account.
