Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right immediately โ€” no return required. Simply contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@nimbushaven.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will either send you a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3โ€“5 business days. You do not need to return the product.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your shipping confirmation email, contact us and we will investigate immediately. If the order is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Change of Mind Returns

Because our products are shipped internationally directly from our fulfilment partner, we are unable to accept physical returns for change-of-mind purchases. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us and we will do our best to find a fair solution.

Refund Processing
