Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your NimbusHaven Rain Cloud Aroma Diffuser. If something isn't right, here's how our returns and refunds process works.

 

Eligibility: You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

 

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

 

How to Start a Return: Email our support team at support@nimbushaven.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond with instructions within 1-2 business days.

 

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

 

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
