How long does shipping take?

Is the Rain Cloud Aroma Diffuser safe to use with essential oils?

Yes! The diffuser is designed to work with water-based essential oils. Simply add a few drops to the water reservoir for a calming aromatherapy experience.

 

How do I clean my diffuser?

Empty any remaining water after each use and wipe the interior with a soft, dry cloth. For a deeper clean, run a cycle with equal parts water and white vinegar, then rinse with clean water.

 

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
