These Terms of Service govern your use of the NimbusHaven website (nimbushaven.com) and any purchase made through our store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. General

NimbusHaven is an online retail store operating in South Africa. We sell consumer goods including the Portable Bag Heat Sealer & Opener. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to display product information as accurately as possible, including descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we reserve the right to correct errors and update information without prior notice. Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). Prices include VAT where applicable. Free shipping applies to orders over R1000. Orders under R1000 incur a flat delivery fee of R100.00 added at checkout. NimbusHaven reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be completed in full before an order is dispatched.

4. Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not constitute a legally binding contract until we have confirmed acceptance of your order via email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., in cases of suspected fraud or stock issues), with a full refund issued where payment has been taken.

5. Delivery

We deliver within South Africa only. Free shipping on orders over R1000; flat fee of R100 for orders under R1000. Estimated delivery time is 4–8 business days. 6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for defective or damaged items. See our Returns Policy for full terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the NimbusHaven website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of NimbusHaven and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, NimbusHaven shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
